Planning to Remodel or Renovate?

Periodically, the Board of Directors reviews House Rules and amends them as necessary. In 2007 the Board created an Interior Modification Committee and updated the rules governing Renovations and Remodeling. All previous projects were grandfathered in.

In other words... just because you see it, doesn’t mean it can be done again.

Whether you are Remodeling or Renovating, you are required to fi ll out the form which should be in the back of your House Rules folder. (Our Resident Manager, Chris, has extra forms should you need them.) Fully completed forms should be submitted to the Building Manager. He will then forward to the committee for review.
